Question:
The boundary value problem
x^2 y" - 2x y'+ 2 y = 0, subject to the boundary conditions
y(1)  + a y'(1)  = 1
y(2) + b Y'(2) = 2
has a unique solution if
1. a= -1, b=2
2. a=-1,  b=-2
3. a=-2,  b=2
4. a=-3,  b=2/3
